Our Team
POLARIS brings together scientific leadership, central coordination and investigators working within national networks.
POLARIS shares responsibility across complementary committees. The Steering Committee oversees the network and its strategic direction, the Scientific Committee reviews study proposals and methods, and project-specific writing committees lead analyses and publications.
Every participating center can propose a study involving the POLARIS network. Centers choose whether to participate in each new ancillary project, according to their interests, capacity and local approvals.

Study proposals are reviewed for scientific merit, feasibility and alignment with the aims of POLARIS. Each approved project brings together a writing committee responsible for its analysis and publication, with authorship based on contributions.
